Reviews from film clubs
Vermilion45 (The 5 Dollar Bin), 8.25/10: Horror isn't always hauntings and possessions. Sometimes horror is brutal. Sometimes horror is explicit. Sometimes horror is the ugliest of human nature. Horror can be uncomfortable in many different ways, and sometimes the most uncomfortable are the ones that reflect the real horrors of life. One can argue films are a form of art, and art has always pushed the limits of what's acceptable. Don't mistake all depravity for gratuitous.
